...analysis on negative products and recovery procedures; efficiency improvement of the organizational and interaction processes between the different corporate bodies according to the highest ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality standards; creation and management of the industrial budgeting system; development and analysis of the purchase basket; development of the control system of personnel presence and productivity.These tools led to remarkable recoveries of industrial costs in all plants. Meanwhile Eng. Buzzelli followed the reorganization of the edp centre for all group divisions as IT manager (hardware, network, software), reviewing management methodologies and implementing software in new procedures. Furthermore, his previous experience in industrial plant technology turned out fundamental in order to skilfully manage the global optimization process described above.
