
EXPERIENCEPier Giorgio Buzzelli joined in 2001 in a powerful dynamic Italian industrial group producing automotive components. From 2001 to 2004 the group enlarged from 4 to 7 plants. The group uses five different production technologies in the rubber-plastic field. Beginning as production manager, then project manager for the entire group, in 2003 Eng. Buzzelli set up the corporate management control body, creating over two years the procedures required for ISO/TS certification. Acting as direct support of the general executive manager, Eng. Buzzelli set up and developed: feasibility analysis to open new divisions; technical overall survey system; system to collect physical data for edp reporting; indication of major critical points and appropriate corrective actions; industrial accounting model (full costing, direct costing, activity based costing); |
