This phase requires specific knowledge of local realities, costs, laws and technical normatives in Romania that are already rather significantly restrictive whereas its entry into the UE. Pursuant to the verify of the feasibility study, whose outcome is not always the expected one, the complexity of the problems typical of the country requires extreme caution for the start-up of one activity. The necessary efforts in this phase are usually quite unimaginable and very difficult to be understood, compared with countries with a long industrial tradition. The ignorance of the local laws, customs and local reality, can generate appreciable loss in terms of time and money.
